Common questions
How does a photo quote work?
Snap one to three photos of what needs fixing, tell us what you need, and send it through the form. We review the photos and reply within one business day with a ballpark or a couple of quick questions.
What kind of photos should I send?
One wide shot so we can see the whole area, plus a close-up of the damage or issue. Good lighting helps. If there are multiple tasks, send a photo of each.
Is the photo quote free?
Yes. The photo quote is free and there is no site visit needed for a ballpark. Larger jobs may need a quick walkthrough before we lock in final pricing.
How fast will I hear back?
Within one business day, usually faster. If the repair is urgent, call (801) 309-8363 and ask about same-day emergency service.
